How do I find messages to listen to and how do I play them?
Let’s start off with knowing whether or not you have a new message waiting for you.

Notification That You Have a New Message:

There are two ways to know if a message is waiting for you. One way is by email. If you have opted to receive notification emails, you will receive one each time a yack is sent to you. Clicking on the link in the email will take you to YackPack. The second way is in YackPack itself. After logging in to YackPack any pack button that is green means there is a message waiting for you.

Find Messages Sent to You:
To retrieve your messages, log in to YackPack first. The messages sent to you will be archived by sender. That means to find the messages a particular person sent you, you will click on their name. Clicking on their name will display the list of messages between you and that person. The newest messages are always at the top.

Click the name bar to load the message list.
Play Back Your Messages:
Click on the name beneath someone’s photo. This opens an archive of the messages sent between you and that person. You’ll see when the message was sent and how long it is. New messages will be highlighted in green. Just click on a message subject in the message list to play it back. In the YackCircle, the sender of the message will be highlighted in green and any recipients will be highlighted in blue…so you can tell who sent it and who received it.

Continual Play Back of Messages:

You can play back all the messages in your pack continually by selecting the “play all” checkbox at the top of the listen box. Click play and one will load right after the other. Sit back, relax, and listen in while you check your email or go about your business! You can skip messages and go back messages by clicking the forward and back arrows. YackPack will remember where you were in your play back until you actually log out.
