There are several reasons why you may not be receiving emails from YackPack. This might be your confirmation email when you are first setting up an account, invitation emails from somebody else, password resets, or even your new message notifications. First, please note that you must use a valid email address in order to register fully for YackPack. We send email confirmations to validate that you are who you really say you are – for your own privacy and security. If you did not use a valid email address that you have access to and can check, please start over with a new registration. Sometimes, it may be that you have exceeded your mailbox limit and need to delete some old emails to make way for new ones. We also see that with the increasing numbers of spammers out there, people can have very tight controls on what can come to their inbox. You may need to check your bulk, junk, or spam folder to make sure that emails from YackPack are not ending up there. If an email from YackPack has gone into your bulk, junk, or spam folder, please make sure to add the domains: www.yackpack.com and www.yackpack.net to your “safe” list. If you need help doing this, please feel free to contact us or your email provider directly. If after these suggestions, you still aren’t receiving emails from YackPack, please contact us so we can work with you and your ISP to make sure that you will receive YackPack emails in the future.
